LoosenUp is made by Anchit Tandon in India. By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.
Not medical care
LoosenUp offers breathing, relaxation and self-reflection exercises for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist. If you need help right away or are thinking of harming yourself, call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24x7, India).
What is free
Every calm break, the games, the journal, the mood check-in, SOS, the safety plan and every helpline are free, with no limit.
LoosenUp Plus
- Plus opens every day of every guided programme, every sleep session and every seasonal pack.
- In India it costs ₹149 a month or ₹799 a year, paid through Razorpay. Elsewhere it costs US$4.99 a month or US$34.99 a year, paid through Paddle, plus any sales tax due where you live.
- In India, Plus is one payment for a month or a year. It does not renew; buy again any time to add more time.
- Outside India, Plus renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Me, then Manage Plus, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Outside India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all such orders and provides customer service enquiries and handles returns for them.
- Your Plus key is your proof of purchase. Keep it private; anyone with it can restore Plus.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or resell access. We may update LoosenUp and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
